Outstanding service- I could not have been more pleased with the service provided by the Kane & Fetterly team after my mother, Lorraine, passed away last month. High quality, compassionate, first class care was provided every step of the way by this group of professionals. Their facilities are elegant, modern and pristine. No detail was overlooked. Family and friends were also impressed. Special thanks to Marie-Claude Mongrain (amazing!), Stephanie Pislis (truly gifted!), Brian, Giovanni, Jason and Jane. Bridget was there for our family throughout the process and was very visible- she is the best in the business and a caring person. Highly recommend.

What can I say about the services and care that Kane and Fetterly offered my family and I. Their services and care was top notch. I don’t know about anywhere else but with this company the clients are treated like a family. Christian Haentzler was very professional and friendly, he always made himself available whenever he was needed. Their logo should read “Kane and Fetterly we are here for you and your love ones.”

I recommend Kane and Fetterly completely and without reservation. The service offered is top-notch and beyond compare. In December 2023, I lost my beloved mother, unexpectedly. I rang Kane & Fetterly and had the good fortune of being connected with Christian Haentzler. He is exactly the person you want in these sorts of situations. He is genuinely kind and compassionate and will gently guide you through the process without making you feel pressured. He supports you in making the choices that are right for you and on the day of the funeral is present to ensure that everything runs smoothly. I found the amenities to be perfectly suited to my needs. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a playroom for children, and valet parking, if needed. They are even equipped to livestream the service, for those unable to attend in person. I felt fully supported and cared for and am certain you will feel the same.

I highly recommend Kane & Fetterly. Everyone there was so kind and empathetic. My dear sister Lorraine Muise (nee Hazell) passed away on October 10th, 2024. The outstanding staff were there for her husband and sons helping them with their plans from beginning to end.
