Our family has relied on Kane Fetterly for many, many years and we have always been well cared for during the difficult moments.
Upon the passing of my mother this June, from beginning to end, we were met with compassion, kindness and expertise to help prepare a loving send off for her. Christian, Jane and the whole team at Kane Fetterly are true professionals who work in a family-like atmosphere. We were in such good hands.

On behalf of our entire family, I can’t say enough good things about Kane and Fetterly. Our mother Patricia was born and raised in Montreal and recently passed away in the Toronto area. Our father had passed away 20 years ago and all of us children no longer live in Montreal (my father Ron’s funeral was also handled very well by Kane and Fetterly). I was quite concerned that organizing a funeral in Montreal from a different city would be difficult but how wrong I was given our actual experience with Kane and Fetterly. We did make pre-arrangements through Mary and this process went very smoothly. When our mother passed, the Kane and Fetterly team (Christian and Joelle) kicked in and everything went like clockwork, including the transfer of our mother from Toronto to Montreal. The entire funeral services and burial were handled very well by Christian and Joelle which minimized the stress to our family. At all times Mary, Christian and Joell communicated with us very well and always acted in a professional and competent manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Kane and Fetterly to all.

The staff at Kane Fetterly were very pleasant to work with, in particular Jason Moore. He assisted us right from the beginning when we inquired about the details of my husband's uncle's funeral prearrangement of which we had zero details. Jason took the time to explain everything to us so when the day arrived we knew what to expect. We were very relieved to be able to continue the process with Jason as we had already established a rapport with him over the phone when we inquired about the prearranged funeral. His professionalism, knowledge and authenticity was greatly appreciated as he navigated us through the planning of the service. We are beyond satisfied with his service and would not hesitate to recommend him and Kane Fetterly.

Malgré notre malheur et notre peine j’ai compris les raisons de ce choix, le professionnalisme de tout le personnel courtois et attentionné nous a aidé à surmonter cette épreuve.

Thank God we chose the Kane & Fetterly funeral home, they treats us like family ,they were there for every question I had to ask .They helped me with all the arrangements, they call me all the time to check upon the family and our mental health. I want to give a special thanks to Christian Haentzler and Joelle Lavoie-Picard for the comfort they gave us. This is our first time with a funeral home in Canada and we were comfortable with them . The outstanding staff were there for her husband and sons helping them with their plans from beginning to end.
