We had a wonderful experience with Kane Fetterly. Jezabel was particularly attentive to all of our requests, some of which were complex audio visual wise because some members of the family could not attend in person. All the staff we interacted with were wonderful and I would highly recommend them.

Outstanding service- I could not have been more pleased with the service provided by the Kane & Fetterly team after my mother, Lorraine, passed away last month. High quality, compassionate, first class care was provided every step of the way by this group of professionals. Their facilities are elegant, modern and pristine. No detail was overlooked. Family and friends were also impressed. Special thanks to Marie-Claude Mongrain (amazing!), Stephanie Pislis (truly gifted!), Brian, Giovanni, Jason and Jane. Bridget was there for our family throughout the process and was very visible- she is the best in the business and a caring person. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with the services at Kane Fetterly starting with Mary, the counsellor, who was knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, compassionate and understanding of our needs at this difficult time. The contracting was straightforward and transparent and when our mother passed, the arrangements were conducted exactly as agreed. The document service saved us a great deal of time and potential aggravation. The communication was excellent throughout the process. The funeral itself was handled competently under the supervision of Christian, one of the Funeral Directors assigned to us. He was our main contact after our mother passed and he was very helpful with any questions and concerns. We would certainly recommend Kane Fetterly to anyone going through a similar hardship.

He, and the team, made the most difficult of circumstances far easier to manage -- and in a way that we neither expected to be so excellent nor could have wanted to do more.

I highly recommend Kane & Fetterly. Everyone there was so kind and empathetic. My dear sister Lorraine Muise (nee Hazell) passed away on October 10th, 2024. The outstanding staff were there for her husband and sons helping them with their plans from beginning to end.
